How big are these miniatures?
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all of these miniatures are designed in 1/12 scale where one inch equals one foot. Please note that I include an approximate measurement in the description of each listing for your reference.

Are these miniatures designed for children?
No. These items may contain small parts, sharp bits, and other potentially hazardous properties. Unless specifically indicated, they are intended for the adult collector only and are not designed for children of any age.

How soon will I receive my order?
In nearly all cases, I ship your order within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. (Naturally, custom orders will require additional time, but I will provide you with the expected shipping date before you place your order.) Please realize that once I have given your package to the USPS, I have no further control over how quickly it will be delivered to you. However, my experience over many years of using USPS is they have provided consistently good delivery. Also, I will email you the tracking number for your shipment so you may check on its progress through the USPS system.

What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order by: - PayPal - Credit cards through PayPal (Note: payments will appear on your credit card statement under MAD SCIENCE MINIATURES or ADVENTURES & HOBBIES)

Do I need to pay sales tax?
If you live in New York State, I am a registered business and am required to collect local and state sales tax on your purchases.

What shipping service do you use?
I ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service which has proven to be very reliable over the years. I take great care in carefully packing all shipments, but USPS insurance is available at your option if you wish.

Do you offer a refund or exchange?
I take great care to accurately describe every item and guarantee that each is packed well when shipped. In nearly every case with domestic shipping within the United States, I will provide you with a tracking number so you may follow the shipment on the USPS website. For international shipments, I will provide the Customs Declaration number. I only accept returns in the rare case that I have sent the wrong item (which in all honesty has occurred once in my many years of selling). Over the years I have been in business, my customers have been overwhelmingly pleased with my efforts. If you have any issues with my products or service, please let me know.
